Ground Beef Dry-Aged + Grass-Fed & Finished

Our dry-aged grass-fed and finished ground beef is made from a majority of chuck, brisket, and steak trim.

This grass-fed and finished ground beef is aged for a minimum of 14 days to maximize a signature grass-fed and finished flavor.

We also never process more than 15 animals at a time, so every burger can be traced back to the specific animal from which it came.
