STAY CLASSY BEEF - We only source all natural beef raised in sustainable locations where fresh water, open pastures and nutrient rich grass exists. Never given hormones or antibiotics these free ranging animals are very pure and low stressed. All soured and processed from small batcher ranchers and processors in Montana and the Northern Rockies. All animals processed in these smaller facilities are given a 180F hot water bath versus the chemical dunk from larger commodity facilities.

STAY CLASSY BISON - North American original ruminant animal, Bison are lean and loaded with essential aminos, vitamins and minerals that our bodies need to function optimally. Always free ranging, Bison are smart and can always find the best pastures and are never given hormones or antibiotics. All soured and processed from small batcher ranchers and processors in Montana and the Northern Rockies.

STAY CLASSY ELK - Raised in New Zealand in a very sustainable manner, New Zealand Elk is directly related to the North American Elk.. It is packed with iron, zinc and a number of B vitamins including B-12, which is why it is called a nutrient dense food. Red meat is one of the best sources of easily absorbable iron (heme-rion) and it contains more Iron than beef and lamb. Elk, like Bison, is a miracle meat. Our bodies thrive on these meats.

STAY CLASSY PORK - All natural and without added hormones or antibiotics, our pork is from heritage breed hogs raised in Montana, Nebraska, and Iowa. Allowed to root and raised and processed in small batch operations, our pork is highly nutritious and tastes amazing.

STAY CLASSY CHICKEN - Free range chicken that is allowed to eat naturally and fed non-gmo grains raised on or close to the farms. These chicken are well taken care of and live stress free lives. They are processed using an airchill method which drastically reduces the physical weight versus conventional “bleach bath” methods

STAY CLASSY FISH - We source our fish using the Seafood Watch criteria. All the fish we sell are from sustainable sources or provide sustainable solutions to the overfishing that occurs globally. We purchase direct from the fishing boats when possible.
