Carter Country Meats’ grass-fed Beef Tongue comes from our Wyoming-raised, double-aged cattle, raised entirely on open Big Horn Mountain rangeland. When cooked properly, tongue transforms into an incredibly tender, sliceable cut with a flavor often compared to slow-roasted beef, but richer and more satisfying.
