Part of the Plate primal, this cut is related to the tasty Short Ribs. Located just below the Rib Primal, this flat meat is best served after it has been marinated and seared over high heat. Most commonly used for fajitas (or tacos for Taco Tuesday), this cut can make a great addition to any meal prep or dinner meal.
