Heat is your fried when it comes to cooking Salmon or Steelhead. Find a nice rub that you like. We have been using the Tacticalories Carving House, then topping it with Jacobsen Flake salt. We add a touch of olive oil to provide a thin layer of moisture. Place it on the BBQ when it is nice and hot (we prefer at 450F and uncovered). Grill for about 12-14 min depending on thickness of fillet. The skin should be nice and crispy and meat nice and flakey.
