Smoked Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon - Hot Smoked Traditional

Traditional Smoked Alaskan Sockeye Salmon is an excellent treat to enjoy as an appetizer or as a stand-alone snack. Applewood smoke is a mild smoke that is not overbearing. The dash of brown sugar and salt allow for the natural flavors of the salmon to come out and be enjoyed by all. 

We love to eat these as a snack between meals when we need more fish protein - we have even used them on a charcuterie board as well. This smoked salmon tastes great!
