Pork Carnitas (Belly or Brisket) with Verde Hatch Chili Rub

Pork Carnitas - you have to be kidding me? We used Pork Belly and Pork Brisket - both need to be cooked the same and are very similar). We love these, especially when rubbed with a green hatch chili dry rub. These are in 2 different sizes and are ready for a defrost and straight to the Smoker or Slow Cooker.
