Cooking Instructions:1 Head of GarlicFresh RosemaryOlive OilPut all in food processorFresh Ground Salt and Pepper on the Rack of Lamb and then rub in the Garlic, Rosemary, and Olive Oil mix.Set the racks fat-side up on the baking sheet and let it stand for at least an hour prior to setting in the oven.Preheat over to 450FRoast in the upper third of the oven for 15 min.Turn the rack and roast for 10 min longer.Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 min.Serve immediatly after.
