Yellowstone Natural Elk Short Ribs - 2 lb

Fully cooked - Sous-Vide - Short Ribs

Ingredients: Elk, Water, Seasoning Salt, Spices (Black Pepper, White Pepper), Dehydrated Garlic, Canola Oil

This is the perfect item to heat and serve. Do it for yourself or impress your friends/family. Either way, these short ribs are fabulous!

Directions for Re-Heating and Serving:

  • Thaw Short Ribs in refrigerator
  • Remove from refrigerator 30 min prior to re-heating
  • Heat oven to 325 F
  • Once heated, place Short Ribs on a cooking sheet
  • Heat for 10/12 min - until Internal Temp shows 128-130 F
  • Remove from Oven
  • Heat a pan (preferably Cast Iron) to medium heat
  • Lightly pour oil or use a butter to the heating pan
  • Once to temp, add the Short Ribs
  • Hear the sizzle
  • Cook on each side for 1-2 min
  • Remove from heat and plate it up
