Yellowstone Natural Elk Short Ribs - 2 lb
Fully cooked - Sous-Vide - Short Ribs
Ingredients: Elk, Water, Seasoning Salt, Spices (Black Pepper, White Pepper), Dehydrated Garlic, Canola Oil
This is the perfect item to heat and serve. Do it for yourself or impress your friends/family. Either way, these short ribs are fabulous!
Directions for Re-Heating and Serving:
- Thaw Short Ribs in refrigerator
- Remove from refrigerator 30 min prior to re-heating
- Heat oven to 325 F
- Once heated, place Short Ribs on a cooking sheet
- Heat for 10/12 min - until Internal Temp shows 128-130 F
- Remove from Oven
- Heat a pan (preferably Cast Iron) to medium heat
- Lightly pour oil or use a butter to the heating pan
- Once to temp, add the Short Ribs
- Hear the sizzle
- Cook on each side for 1-2 min
- Remove from heat and plate it up
