From the Chuck primal, the Flat Iron is found in the Blade Lifter Cut and is separated by a tough connective tissue. Once separated, these Flat Iron steaks are perfect and ready to eat. We decided to marinated them with the Yellowstone Natural Hatch Chile Rub to allow for this leaner cut to tenderize and be that much more delicious once cooked.
Created and hand made in Montana by Yellowstone Natural, this seasoning was created to match the high quality meat that comes out of Montana.
