These steaks are as illusive these days as Bigfoot. In a post-pandemic arena, processors are extremely challenged to do anything extra aside from move product quickly through their doors. We were fortunate enough to convince of of our processors to hang a full ribeye rack for 21 days and then further process them into thick cut steaks.
Montana Beef Dry-Aged Cowboy Ribeye. Thick cut and vacuum packaged to preserve freshness. All natural and "Never-Ever" (no hormones, no antibiotics) beef that are raised on grass and finished on a combination of high quality, locally grown grains (rye, barley, alfalfa, oats). The animals we procure are always raised in responsibly and with the highest humane treatment possible.
