I am disappointed in this review. We experienced an unprecedented closure of business by FedEx for a period of 2 weeks following their shut down of their main US hub in Memphis. We communicated this to all customers, providing potential dates on when the orders would be shipped. We sent a total of 3 emails out. On top of the communication, we provided a Store Credit to all customers for the delay. It would have been a more fair review if you would have acknowledged that we communicated this delay to you and compensated you for the time lost. We lost a lot of business over the 2 weeks and we navigated it the best we could. Seeing reviews like this really hurts.

This is the best hamburger I have ever tasted. Juicy but not fatty. Great as meatloaf or burger or in spaghetti. I will continue to only purchase Wagyu ground beef.
