Cut from the Ribeye primal, the Ribeye steak is the most prized cut (in our humble opinion). Highly coveted and rarely available in this quality. These "double-aged" Ribeye is a beast. It is a cut above the rest and pairs extremely well with any bbq application.

Season accordingly - Salt and pepper is great or use your favorite seasoning blend
Do not over cook this meat!
Cook to Medium (at most, ideally Medium Rare) remove from heat and let sit for 10 min - this allows for the juices to re-settle in the meat, allowing for the meat to be thoroughly enjoyed.
