Our original Elite box delivered us to this point but it was time to refine. We have decreased the sausages and increased the chicken, the ground beef and bison, and both the beef and bison NY.
We have curated this box to provide you a cross section of different cuts and proteins. We understand cooking the same thing every day can get mundane. All our products in this box (and all our boxes) are from small batch productions using natural ingredients. Our sausages are produced for us using clean herbs, spices and salts. Our product has flavor - from the steaks, to the chicken, to the pork to all the ground and sausages, the flavor of the environment of where these animals foraged comes through the finished product. The last box I received from Stay Classy was amazing. The bison was out of this world!

No Sweet Jerky

Please package something other than jerky and beef sticks that are saturated with sugar in my next Elite II delivery. I subscribed to this service for my health. Sugary meat candy should not be on the menu.

Change In meats

It seems when I first started getting meat from stay classy there was mainly elk, bison, and wagyu, meats with mainly steaks and some ground meats. Of course there was some pork and chicken and large amounts of sausage. This shipment seemed low on steaks and there is more beef. I can get beef locally. What happened to the elk, the wagyu and bison steaks? I have been disappointed for the last 2 boxes. I think I will give it 1 more box before I decide to make a change.
