These steaks are a wonderful blend of both worlds: grass-fed beefiness and tenderness due to their “double-aging”. Carter Country’s cows are much older than 99.9999 percent of the cattle that is sold as beef, and those extra years munching on grass in Wyoming creates some great, nuanced flavors!
