Processing a refund request is very simple.  Please follow the below directions for a quick and painless process.

Missing Items In Box:

  • Please take a photo of the packing list and send to info@stayclassymeats.com
  • Highlight the missing items in the email and the weights
  • Check the weights of the items received to what is on the packing list - sometimes the weights on the individual items are greater than the per unit weight on the pack list.

Items not up to satisfaction:

  • Please take a photo of how your box was received and send it to info@stayclassymeats.com
  • Explain why the product is not up to satisfaction 
  • Stay Classy Meats retains the right to determine what % refund to pay unsatisfied customer
