Missing Items In Box:
Please take a photo of the packing list and send to info@stayclassymeats.com
Highlight the missing items in the email and the weights
Check the weights of the items received to what is on the packing list - sometimes the weights on the individual items are greater than the per unit weight on the pack list.
Items not up to satisfaction:
Please take a photo of how your box was received and send it to info@stayclassymeats.com
Explain why the product is not up to satisfaction
